Exceeded expectations! Yesterday I took my daughter for her first rug tufting experience at Tuft Love. They do all the prep, supply everything you need (tufting gun, yarn, snacks!) & provide good instruction for you to make your tufted rug. And, they will finish it and mail it to you. This gun was a bit of a learning curve. I got yarn stuck in the side arm, jamming it before I could finish my piece. Geoffrey was more than accommodating as he walked me step-by-step on how to clear my gun. I am so grateful to have been able to speak to an actual person to quickly resolve my issue! Absolutely love this tuft gun!!! It’s so smooth to use!! It’s easy to go over the same line more than once and doesn’t create holes in the fabric! Despite a larger needle if you have to unpick a mistake there are hardly any holes left in the tracks! Have also noticed it doesn’t punch bits of my monks cloth through to the front of my work 🤗 really really recommend this machine!!! I wish I had started with one of these. Yes they cost a bit more than some but in my opinion they are totally worth it...
