Without a doubt this is a great 60 watt fiber.The software it comes with EzCad2 is industry standard for these lasers and it’s super user friendly. I bought it because I needed to make deep engraving and it does a fantastic job .it could does more interesting things to most materials. Thanks Cloudray! A lot of these fiber lasers are made by the same company so I shopped around a bit looking for the best deal. I wanted a JPT with more power, this one fit the bill.Mine was shipped from USA warehouse and arrived quickly and well protected. exceed our expectations,very accurate and precise engraving quality. Very happy with my 60W MOPA laser, I've used it for both light and deep engraving on aluminum and stainless with great result. Emily helped me with the purchase and has been extremely responsive and helpful, despite of the timezone difference. I would highly recommend purchasing it from Cloudray if you're on the fence.

I was hesitant to make this purchase but really liked that it came with Lightburn software. It typically comes with a rotary tool and one extra lens, but with Lightburn included I figured I've give it a go. The wooden shipping crate was damaged on the bottom upon arrival, but with everything was so very well wrapped inside, that nothing was damaged. Everything was easy to set up and get running. The video tutorials are a good source of information but a little difficult to find on the cloudra...

I received the Laser machine and had it all set up immediately. I had some issues downloading Ezcad3, so I emailed support and then their tech had logged in to my computer and remotely got me running. They even ran a quick test to make sure it was running correctly. Incredible machine and customer service; buy with confidence .

Even though Fed Ex delayed my delivery by 10 days I was contacted the very 1st day they were late by Cloudray Customer service (Sara). This was totally unprompted by me, they did this as soon as the got notified by FedEx....nice! She emailed every day or so until she knew FedEx had safely delivered it....and even offered a small credit (even though it was actually FedEx's fault, not Cloudray). The Mopa laser took less than 20 minutes to assemble and was operating using Lightburn within 20 min...

I bought this laser engraver/cutter in Jan and absolutely love it. I have created some amazing things and my skills are only getting better. I’ve created several gifts for family and have been met with rave reviews. the capable and the detail is remarkable. the software is a bit difficult for me to learn. but the customer service and support groups on Facebook are great. If you need to reach them for more specific concerns, they will respond quickly. Overall I love it!

Relatively easy to use. this laser comes with USB,which has mostly everything you needed. The marking is very precise and provides fine detail. For small jobs and an everyday around the house marking ability, this is worth the price. Good entry-level laser. Highly recommend.

Unit arrived without any damage but there was some damage to the outer packaging. when trying to do just a simple shape to test out laser , we have problems with the setting, their after-sales support responded quickly and helped me solve it, very nice. now it's working greatly and I'm very satisfied with this purchase. This is the first laser engraver I have owned. The packaging is well. Inside the box everything is encased in foam. The unit itself seems very well made and feels very nice .and it generally works well. Customer services are very efficient and relied to me with helpful advice almost immediately. All in all I’m delighted.

After much research, we found this product within our budget. It arrived well packaged and was easy to get started with. My son has been using it on various objects in our home garage. It’s removed the rust on all sorts of tools and other objects, bare metal and painted. We want to use it on trailer and car restoration in the future. It has preformed as expected. We are pleased with the purchase and would recommend this product.

This laser packed with features and abilities! I watched many YouTube videos and reviews. Not only Cloudray but others. after many consults,I chose Cloudray. There are helpful FB user groups too. I did have questions on software and working via email with the company has been enjoyable. They were quick to respond and eager to get me answers. I haven't used it a whole lot yet but I can see it's usefulness in my hobbies and crafting. Love this thing!

So far, so good. I used this to clean Furniture /wood panels etc., and it handled them well once I got used to the controls. This machine paid for itself on it's first usage, cleaning the previously uncleanable place. very satisfied with the results.will do more working and update my reviews.

I had a Cloudray QS-30 before and was already in awe with that machine. A long term jewelry project had me order this GM-100. two lasers in one tool is enabling a whole new world of possibilities., I would still consider this machine compact and portable. Since I have almost no space I n the shop (my wife occupies most of it with her machines :D) I was looking for a compact, but flexible tool. This combo with elevating device and rotary tool covers now 100% of my projects.

This machine is amazing, I mean I've been engraving so much since I've had it, some things come out so nice it's just magic. It allows you to become creative in ways you never imagined. it came with the user manual which makes it very easy to get started, the framing feature allows you to see the area that's to be engraved. I have only used the laser for part of a day and I am highly impressed. More to come as my experience grows.
