Everything has been assembled, they sent the codes for lightburn early so that I could work with the software when receiving the laser. Has a definite learning curve but there are tons of resources online.or you can join in their group, there are many sharings in it every day.After doing some engravings,very satisfied with the results. 6 weeks before I bought this engraver, I asked the manufacturer a question about its usage. they responded quickly and introduced this laser in briefly. after set-up,both the software and laser work well. it is strong enough to engrave different materials, we suggest you can consider smoke extractor to help keep the air in the area cleaner. I was hesitant to make this purchase but really liked that it came with Lightburn software. It typically comes with a rotary tool and one extra lens, but with Lightburn included I figured I've give it a go. The wooden shipping crate was damaged on the bottom upon arrival, but with everything was so very well wrapped inside, that nothing was damaged. Everything was easy to set up and get running. This product is really great and works really well! I was very happy to receive this product for my glass crafts, you can use it to etch glass which is something I am trying out. It works great for personalized glass designs. I really like this machine and it really impressed me how smooth it operates! Even though Fed Ex delayed my delivery by 10 days I was contacted the very 1st day they were late by Cloudray Customer service (Sara). This was totally unprompted by me, they did this as soon as the got notified by FedEx....nice! She emailed every day or so until she knew FedEx had safely delivered it....and even offered a small credit (even though it was actually FedEx's fault, not Cloudray). The Mopa laser took less than 20 minutes to assemble and was operating using Lightburn within 20 min...

This deep engraving marking machine is OK to use, the accuracy is sufficient, the marking effect is quite clear, the speed is also OK, and it can engrave some complex patterns. Cloudray's product is incredibly adaptable, seamlessly fitting into diverse scenarios with ease. The USB comes with files. I do hope someone can call me, tell me how to do each steps. Getting the hang of it certainly requires a bit of trial and error. However, they provided me with plenty of tips and introductory materials. Currently, I am running it directly via a USB flash drive. Given that I already have two Cloudray CO2 laser engravers on hand, my main task has simply been to spend some time familiarizing myself with the specific configuration parameters of this new machine.

I added the 90w tube to my previously 60w machine, and as you can see, it required removing the side panel. This is shown without the new acrylic housing. Anyway, despite the modifications I had to make to the support system, etc the tube itself was a breeze to install. If you are replacing one into a machine that takes the same size you can be finished in just a few minutes. It was securely packaged a and arrived quickly.
