Already ordered the laser with protective cover and purified extraction, because I really want to protect my eyes and health. I've had this a couple weeks, so I am sure it should work for me. Using it has been fun. I've tried Lightburn machine control -- everything is really straight forward.

Like some other reviewers, this is my first laser engraver.I was going for very basic features and I did not want to spend much on a machine. I bought this engraver to make name plates. I found it difficult to find settings for the various materials,but you can join in their group, there are many sharings in it everyday. very useful. If you are a beginner, this is a nice machine to learn on without investing a large amount of money. I will say, it is quite fun .

Everything came assembled, they sent the codes for lightburn early so that I could work with the software before receiving the laser. Has a definite learning curve but there are tons of resources online. and their support team is helpful, very satisfied with this purchase.

It does what I wanted it to do. Easy instructions and does wonderful projects and very good on the quality. If you already know how to use a laser, this is a decent product for a reasonable price. Customer service is also decent.

I ordered this laser cleaning machine with the primary goal of preparing pieces of steel before I assemble them together. It performs very well. It is able to remove oxidation, grease and paint. Having just started my own laser cleaning business, I do not have much room to work with. The CL-200 is a powerful laser, not only having the strength to deal with surface rusting, it can removal automotive paints as well. I used it to remove the rust and I was able to strip and clean them to near new condition.so surprised with the results. strongly recommend.

LightBurn's laser test grid programs have been a valuable tool for fine-tuning the settings. The machine's ability to engrave serial materials is commendable.

I bought my CO2 laser a month ago. Performs well and the software is very user friendly. The customer support is good as well. The facebook group in its own is amazing. So many people out there helping each other with settings or projects, couldn't have asked for a better support system.Currently I am looking at their fiber laser to expand my business. I added the 90w tube to my previously 60w machine, and as you can see, it required removing the side panel. This is shown without the new acrylic housing. Anyway, despite the modifications I had to make to the support system, etc the tube itself was a breeze to install. If you are replacing one into a machine that takes the same size you can be finished in just a few minutes. It was securely packaged a and arrived quickly.

This is my first laser machine, and it doesn't seem as complicated as I imagined. It was easy to set up, and the simple design and the ease of importing images made it a fresh and exciting experience. I had major issues getting a consistent burn on materials till I realized it was warped metal that changed the focus point. Its awesome for bigger jobs. Dont be afraid to turn it up a little for speed. I spoke with customer service directly on camera and they helped me with issue in less than 2 minutes,. Thank YouCloudray for the best customer service and products on the market. Thats why i always tell people no matter what other have always promised Cloudray has always delivered.

My husband had been wanting a laser engraver to put his makers mark on wood. We knew it would be an expensive investment just to use with his wood card. I've been looking at lasers for a while as a way to join my wife at craft shows with something of my own. This thing is amazing, I mean I've been testing so much since I've had it, some things come out so nice it's just magic. For me, it’s a bit difficult to use and I’m still learning.please be prepared to have a lot of wasted material during your learning process, but you will get a nice result. If you're on the fence give it a shot, you'll find plenty you can do.
