The first one arrived smashed to pieces. The response from the online 'report missing or damaged' was friendly but a bit slow. The second one arrived intact. The seat supplied with it leaves a lot of the rim exposed when the lid is up.

We Love would only offer £25 compo (which I've still to receive) & no exchange as the item wasn't opened straight away
