I am very pleased with the shower tray, and my plumber did a great job of fitting it. Sadly the delivery was very poor, 24 -48 hours became two weeks , delivery team could not find location but did not bother to phone on first promise, second try I was told the order was not complete so they could not deliver. Plumber did not use the other items supplied, he preferred better quality!

Would recommend buying from them, I had not heard of them prior to purchasing but it was one of the only places that offered a modern slim line solution for our narrow bathroom. Although your customer service personnel were polite and friendly - once I got through to them! - the follow up emails/ phone calls / information was awful and none existent! Love this type of waste trap, our old one was fitted with the shower tray raised so you could fit it. This new type can be fitted onto waste pipe then put tray over it, sealant under & on top of gasket then fit threaded insert & tighten up then fit the cup, job done, excellent!

It’s a toilet! It’s fine. However, service from company dreadful, would not use this company again. Didn’t arrive when supposed to, company didn’t notify me, I had to phone them to find out what was happening. They said they didn’t have toilet and couldn’t deliver part order so I would have to wait even thought I had plumber booked. Then order arrived with no notice and after delivery found toilet broken. There’s nothing wrong with it, unlike the first one which arrived damaged yet you refused to replace it as I didn’t notice till I unpacked it completely a couple of weeks later. So, I bought another from you, which arrived unscathed. I’d appreciate a refund as a good will gesture at least.

Although I have my toilet and basin from this company, I haven’t had them installed yet (awaiting plumber). I bought them for their style and functionality. Great price and ordering was a doddle. Delivery was very good as one item arrived on time and the other was early which meant I got both on the same day.
