Love my vanity unit.but as for seller well I'm so sorry they are awfull I ordered the taps after the unit.unknown to my son when I came home from a day out my son had bought taps and erected my unit .so I requested a refund for taps.Well what a palarva they needed pic of them in original box unused which was OK. Only clear tape on box and a load of paperwork duplicated for inside and outside box.after proof of purchase I'm told they can't find my return well what did I expect anything to get out...

The screen itself is great. But actually gewtting it was a pain; It took over a week to get to me after endless mis-communication from the delivery couriers. We Love wanted nothing to do with intervening and sorting it out. So that experience, together with the fact the WeLove website has contradictory info on it, makes me not want to choose WeLove again. In fact, I've consequently ordered two extra identical panels from another retailer that wer3e ordered yesterday and being delivered today!

The shower enclosure itself is perfect. Wasn't too difficult to construct either. We had some issues with the order originally, with the incorrect item being sent out. A little awkward to resolve this as the website only operates and e-mail/chat function so you can't actually speak to anyone. The issue was sorted though and a replacement sent out within a few weeks. After this, no problems at all.

I was concerned that the product did not look good or that there would have been some flaw in the taps but everything was just perfect. I have never changed bathroom sink taps before but I gave it a go and hey presto, they look great. Tried to get source the same type of taps that were in the basin but were way too expensive and these new taps were a near identical match. Ten out of ten for the product. Many thanks.

Bought one to replace an exisiting rusting towel rail. Thankfully pipe fixing and wall fixing were virtually the same, so made fitting quite quick. The second was to replace a small radiator in the downstairs cloakroom, which was straightforward after some minor pipework changes.

Whilst I love the bath panels. It was hell of a task to get them to me!! Wrong delivery to warehouse, then another non delivery on agreed date, rearranged again!! Refund for courier fee hasn’t been refunded like agreed and no further word. Whilst the sale price was good I wont be using again.

The bath it’s self absolutely lovely, the level of customer service on the other hand is terrible. I paid £50 extra to have it delivered sooner & it turned up 5 days after expected delivery! I managed to get through to customer service & they done absolutely nothing their attitude was vile. Would highly recommend anybody NOT to use them.
