I totally love these gummies, they taste so good, I don’t write reviews usually but I had to share my experience. My hair has grown out about 2-3 inches since I started taking them and I just trimmed my nails yesterday (5 September) due to the length, I know it’s not “ One size fits all “ but the supplements have helped me. I have to admit these are amazing vitamins! My nails are growing for the first time in my life. what is interesting is that I've had a vertical split in one of my nailbeds for almost 20 years from an old tennis injury. Nothing worked. Until now -the nail growth has eradicated my split nail and all of my nails are actually growing and very strong. I was hopeful when buying these vitamins and now I can't live without them!
