I am just starting my 3rd bottle. While I have not seen new hair growth, my hair feels and looks fuller and I have needed less tinted powder to fill in the bald spots. I am anxious to see what it does once I finish my 3rd bottle.

I have only been using for a short period so I can’t answer to effectiveness. They taste good and I do see less fallout. I was using different gummies and my hairdresser did see improvement, however I felt like it had stalled so I’m trying these. One downside is taking two gummies compared to only one with other brand.
