I just finished taking all the pills I can say my skin has gotten better. And I have found that it is very hard for me to get stressed. The only think I can say is that I’m still getting pimples every few days and don’t know if this is because of the pills but I’ve had diarrhea for 5 days after finishing the pills. Not sure where to go from here

I am loving this gut fibre! I definitely notice a difference in my skin and gut on days that I don't take it to the days that I do. The only thing that could make it better would be a scooper in the bag or measurements in teaspoons rather than grams. Otherwise, it is a great product!
