I'm about 30 days in - skin has been slow to clear, but I can see improvement. The actual texture of my skin feels a lot better, smoother and less oily.
I haven't noticed specific digestive benefits, however I have had another health issue I've been struggling with show significant improvement, and I believe supporting my gut through PuraU has been instrumental there.

Unfortunately Purau did not work for me in clearing my skin, although I did see an improvement in my digestive health. Although it was not effective for clearing my skin, I think this product is great and the research behind it is promising, shown by the benefits and results from other customers. It's for my 14 year old daughter. We have a healthy diet and I give them rounds of probiotics along with lots of pre-biotics but something was missing.
