I've been dealing with on going gut issues on and off for the last few years. I've also in the last 18 month been struggling with "adult acne". Previously taking action with strong medication, which worked, but only for a period of time. I can't say my skin improved significantly, but I do definately feel that this product has improved my gut health. I think its a good product the only things I would say is that firstly it's very cluggie it doesn't fully dissolve properly even after shaking or using my electric mixer try multiple options. I think it's a high price for how much you get in the package for the price. Other than that I would recommend it for sure. 🙂
