I did a previous review I can seem to edit. But after that Purau reached out to see if they could help and recommend I try one more months worth. I decided what could I lose honestly. And it definitely helped a bit more. But honestly I think the gut maintenance tablets have been the biggest help. Combined with some hormone support tablets as this is post pill acne. I will continue to buy the gut support tablets and see how I go!

I continue to take it without realising that it might be the cause because it didn't start straight away and worsened gradually. Once I finally finished the course I was back to normal within about 4-5 days. Now I'm just taking maintenance with no issue. About 3/4 through the 60 day program. I had more moderate acne, which had improved since starting. Definitely feels less inflamed, getting less breakouts especially the deeper cystic ones, and they seem to clear quicker as well. Didn’t have huge issues with bloating but overall feeling better since starting.
I wouldn’t say this program has completely fixed my issues but they have definitely improved.

I went through the 20 day cleanse, and to my surprise, the first days went pretty normal: none of the possible after-effects happened. But around day 15th I started to have some skin breakouts on my face, stomach pains and headaches. I do notice my skin is healthier, and my digestive system is working perfectly!
