Unfortunately I thought we may have seen more of an improvement in my daughters skin. Definitely less redness and skin started to improve from the hairline inwards. We did do 2 rounds of the “20 day inside and out” and will continue on the maintain for a little longer.

I took spironolactone for my acne for the past two years but it never completely helped my acne. I had a family member tell me about this supplement. I ran to try it. Within the first few weeks I noticed an improvement in the inflammation on my skin. My jaw acne is now basically gone and I only get an occasional hormonal pimple compared to a massive breakout I used to get. I have also noticed a difference in my grumbly stomach and I feel a lot less bloated. I completed the intermediate program, 20 day inside out program and now on maintenance. Definitely worth a try.

I have had quite a terrible acne related to what I think stress (I have been moving countries) I tried everything under the sun to get rid of it! A year went by and I tried the 90 day acne program, I didn’t have much hope but wow, after 90 day my acne is gone and now I am taking the gut maintain as a precaution but it has been 5months and I cannot complain.
