After using PuraU Skin & Gut Maintain capsules, I've noticed a significant improvement in my skin and overall gut health. My acne has cleared up noticeably, and my skin looks much healthier and more balanced. I also feel less bloated, and my digestion has improved, which I believe has contributed to my clearer skin. It took a couple of weeks to see the full effects, but the difference has been worth it.

I have tried quite a few serums and creams on my 13 year old daughter’s skin, with no benefit at all. I went through a period where I was getting breakouts around my chin, jaw line, even cheeks and they were quite bumpy and painful. Picking them also didn’t help.
