The pillow is brilliant and has done wonders for my neck comfort. The pillow cases, however, are low quality: the zips jam or break easily, and the material tends to ball.

I love this pillow! A friend gave me her old one to try, once her new one had arrived and I was smitten from the start. I purchased the largest size and haven’t had a bad sleep since. It is currently away on holiday with me, we cannot be parted. My husband is awaiting his order to be delivered after also having a taster trial of my friends. having been told by my dentist that I needed a $2500 mouth guard that looked somewhat like the protruding mouth in the 'Alien' monster, I researched a different approach and found Ecoden. So far the pillow has worked very well. I sleep much more soundly and only occassionally wake up due to Apnea. The pillow holds its shape and is easy to travel with if need be. I'm pleased to have found a simple, affordable solution.
