This is a beautiful rug of great quality. Unfortunately, it didn't look as anticipated with the tile in my master bathroom, therefore I returned it. The return process is extremely slow with this company. They try to talk you into keeping the rug by offering a discount. I returned it and finally received my return labels 8 days after the request. It took another 17 days to process my refund. That being said, customer service did always respond in a positive manner.

This rug works very well for our bedroom and is very pretty. We have carpet that I wanted to cover with a nice area rug, so I looked all over for a rug that would not be a trip hazard but still look nice, and this was the right choice! I am impressed with the pattern, colors and quality.

I’m happy with this purchase! It’s a thin rug, design is printed and the material is somewhat slippery so I can see how it will be easy to clean/wipe. Similar to Ruggable brand. I purchased the rug for a high traffic area between our back door and our garage entrance. The cats run and play on it but they slip a little when they’ve got the zoomies. I’d recommend a thick pad if you’re going for comfort. For the future if I order another, I’d say it’s great for entryway or dining area.

I am very happy with my purchase so far. I got the rug for my daughter's play area. With two young children and a dog, I have tried other washable rugs. I love that this isn't a two piece system. After only a few days of having it, there was an accident on it and it wiped right up and didn't retain any odor on the rug. I am happy with the neutral colors.

Beautiful rug and quality. Color was a little unexpected. Thought it would have more green hues but it’s blue. Still amazing rug for price and would recommend company to anyone! Have not tried washing in machine but definitely cleans up well with spot cleaning.

This is a nice rug, especially for the price. I loved how there was literally no smell to it! And I feel better that it has the OEKO-TEX certification. I’ve had it for over a week now and it settles quite nicely. The texture seems to soften as well with use, which is good. The pink color is a littler pinker than I imagined. There were issues with my shipment but the customer service was very responsive. Overall I’m happy with it.

Day #5 my younger cat got sick on it - I wasn't home - when I attempted to clean up, every bit of her accident easily wiped up with just water! No staining, residue or odor. What a fantastic concept. I am so bummed out about this rug because I absolutely LOVE the color and design, but it’s super curved and doesn’t run straight. The company was kind enough to send me a second one, but it’s even more curved. I saw another review of this rug in 16’ and they said theirs was curved as well, and mine is 13’ so maybe the longer rugs just come curved? Not sure, but super disappointed ☹️ I’d give it five stars if it was straight! Material and everything else is great!

Have had this rug for about a week and so far our puppy has peed on it twice but it stays in a puddle - doesn’t soak in. Makes for easy clean up as she potty trains. It needs a rug pad underneath if on wood floors though because it was sleeping around even with a table and chairs on it.

Delivery was quick, rug looks just like in the photos and very light; which is great for moving in the future. It’s not a thick rug but I knew that off the bat so no issues - as long as you’re not expecting something thick and plush you won’t be disappointed!

We are really happy with this purchase. Our dog had a couple accidents on our old rug, which ruined it. This one from rug collective was 1/2 the price and just as pretty! Liquid really does bead up and wipe away- it's awesome!

This is an attractive neutral rug, however it's extremely thin without the felt pad and bunches up/slides around. Unfortunately, the pattern resembles zebra print during the daytime, just the way the light hits the fabric. It's not as cream-colored/beige as the photos suggest, but overall I'm happy with the rug at this price, and I'm going to buy the felt pad ASAP to help with the slippage and bunching.

Very happy with our purchase. The rug feels beautiful and looks great. It did take some time to stretch it out and we did cut down the rug pad because it was sticking out in a few spots, I was expecting it to be slightly smaller than the rug but it was exactly the same size. I have some other brands washable rugs and this one looks better, feels better and I think will stand the test of time better.

It’s pretty cool pattern and I’m still deciding if I want to keep it or return it. I’m waiting for 3 others rug to compare. So far this one is my favorite, it’s thinner rug compare to other traditional rug. But its seems pretty flat without extra padding.

I purchase this rug a few months ago, and had it shipped out of the country. Only when it arrived at my final destination, I realized I was sent the wrong rug. I contacted customer support and their response was immediate. They went out of their way and re-shipped the right rug to me, a country they don't usually ship to. It arrived less than a week later, and it's absolutely beautiful and fits my needs perfectly. I love it and would definitely buy from The Rug Collective again :)

Love the look of this rug. It tends to move around on the floor and does not stay put on the backing. One side edge curls up slightly, but I am hoping it will settle and lay better with a bit of time…it has been down for four days. Any suggestions?

I already did a review…perhaps you did not receive it? I love the rug itself, but it has been five days or so since I put it down. It does not stick in anyway to the backing, but slides around. One edge will not lie flat, a d is sort of curled up about half an inch. It does not seem to be settling flat….what to do? Kinda disappointed.
