I think it has pieces of information all throughout the paragraphs so even if you feel confident in a section you should still read it. Gives you a lot of insight on how men think about dating and that women should always demand respect and never allow people to treat you sideways at all. I would rather be lonely than dealing with someone who stresses me out and I guess that's just how it is.
