This book is about healing from past traumas, failed relationships hurts, etc. He tells you about the need for it and how to heal from it. It’s easy to read and relatable. You have to put in the work and understand it’s a journey but it’s helpful and has a lot gems of wisdom here. It’s like have a conversation with him and him giving you tools to succeed. It’s well worth it.
