We love all of Proof's Old Fashioned products. We still can't decide which we like more, the Original, Black Walnut, and Pecan. They all have very distinctive differences to them.

Sometimes I just don't have the energy to mix ingredients for a cocktail. With Proof I can simply add the mixer to my liquor and WHAMMY! A super delicious, ready to drink, fancy tasting cocktail. I haven't done much experimenting yet, but with each drink I have I am brainstorming how to doctor it up even more!

Just cherry smoked the old fashioned and I have to say, smoke or no smoke this is by far the best old fashioned I have ever had, not to mention the easiest. I add the Bullet Rye, an orange peel and a maraschino cherry and I’m done. I could drinks these all day.

I am no tarbender. I had to try the syrup because sometimes, I want a mixed drink other than whiskey on the rocks. I thought $40, what the hey and ordered some. It arrived as expected, no parade or other fanfare, just solid packaging. I love old fashioneds. But I never wanted to make one myself - I'm a bit lazy like that, I'll admit. When I want a drink, I want one then, not in 15 minutes after I've screwed around with mixing a half-dozen ingredients. So I tried this stuff after seeing ads on FB. Glad I did! Easy as hell and makes a good old-fashioned in under a minute. I'll definitely be ordering more and trying the different flavors.

I was a bit leery of ordering the Maple Bacon syrup because while it's an undeniably delicious flavor combination, it can (and does) go horribly wrong if the flavors are overdone. I love a good Old Fashioned and took a chance with a Traditional Proof Syrup order. Just followed the recipe - 2oz bourbon and 1/2 oz of proof over ice with an orange garnish. My first sip, I was pleasantly surprised. It was perfect! I will buy this again and I am curious to try the other flavors.

Basic Old Fashion, bourbon, Traditional Proof, and a cherry over ice………….always fantastic. Picture not included but we also make cherry juice, vanilla bean, powdered sugar, Traditional Proof, and bourbon drink which is modeled from this years Kentucky Derby Original Mint Julie (minus the mint)……..also always fantastic. I’m new to Proof and started out ordering the orange. It makes my Old Fashion so delicious I’ve since ordered Pecan, Traditional, and Pomegranate. I like to add a cocktail cherry plus a tsp of it’s juice and a splash of Club Soda to my Crown Royal and Orange Proof. It is outstanding and better than when I added my own bitters and sweet vermouth. I will eventually try them all!

I compared a few similar products and Proof was the clear number one. Very close to my favorite restaurants version. It’s slightly more than others but I can taste the difference and will happily pay more for a quality tasting cocktail.

The BEST old fashioned mix I have ever had! My wife and I aged Benchmark in a whit oak barrel its so smooth the Proof just mixes so well with it! I have turned several people onto Proof and they cant believe how easy it is to make Old fashions and good it is.

My days of muddling bitters and sugar cubes are over. A round sphere of ice in a rocks glass, half an ounce of Proof Maple Bacon, two plus ounces of Bourbon, stir, add some smoke with my cocktail chimney, a twist, a couple of Maraschino Cherries and I have the perfect Old Fashion. I highly recommend Proof Maple Bacon. Best Old Fashions I have ever had I am now making myself at home.

So, not your traditional Southern Comfort Old Fashioned. Rather then stir I pour 2 oz of SC, ½ oz of traditional Proof, 2 teaspoons of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry juice in a mixer with crushed ice. Shake for 20 seconds and pour in your favorite rock glass with a square ice cube, top with 3 Luxardo Cherries and enjoy. Must be Luxardo Maraschino Cherries, regular Marischini Cherries is just not the same. Cheers!

Best syrup I've ever had. Nice for making a perfect and fast old fashioned for myself or super easy when making them for a group. Even use it to make the kids something, ginger ale with a shot of it, they always ask for another.

Is there anything better on a beautiful summer day in the White Mountains of Arizona, than having an ice-cold Old Fashioned made with Proof Syrup, while watching the birds on your back verandah. We have enjoyed trying the various new syrups, while Traditional is still the best!

I have long been an Old Fashion drinker. I love this and it's far less costly than if you purchased all of the ingredients needed to make a good old fashion. My wife wife loves them too and she has never liked any drink with liquor in it. She's been a wine drinker. If you like Old Fashions I would highly recommend you purchase a bottle of Proof and give it a try.

We love Proof Syrup so much we have introduced it many or our family & friends. They are ordering for their home bars too! My go to cocktail is an Old Fashioned. My review is on the Proof - Traditional. Simple and easy directions were on the back of the bottle, 2oz whiskey and 1/2oz Proof syrup on ice. Just held my daughters Fiesta themed Bridal Shower! I made a Margarita decanter in large batch-3 bottles of the citrus proof. It was a huge hit, not a drop left! Had some Sangria and can drinks left over but the margaritas were great!

I am in love with Proof ! The classic Old Fashioned is so simple and delicious using the Traditional Proof, but it is delicious with other liquors as well. This is .5 oz proof, 2 oz. vodka and 1 oz cranberry. I am really enjoying craft cocktails at home with Proof, way more cost effective and using the amount of liquor that suits my taste. Excited to try the Pecan version this fall.
