Whenever I find myself in a metropolitan bar or restaurant, it’s been my tradition to order an ‘Old Fashioned’—so when I saw your product I thought I’d give it a try. After some less than satisfactory at home attempts, I’m glad I did.

So I got all 3 options and have enjoyed them all, the maple bacon is great for a sazarac. I would recommend this stuff to everyone. 1/2oz proof maple bacon, atomize 3 pumps of absinth ( Pacifique is my preference) topped with your choice bourbon or rye.

I am a bacon fan. I loved the old fashioned made with the Maple Bacon Proof. I will definitely reorder but would love a much stronger bacon taste. The maple cones through but not So much the bacon.

Great way to very quickly make an excellent Old Fashioned. I was concerned that using a premixed syrup would make my drinks taste like a kitty cocktail, like you get from some bars. But this doesn’t at all. Great balance of flavors, still allowing the bourbon to shine while mixing in the proper amount of sweet.

Making an old-fashioned isn't too entirely difficult but this makes it so much simpler and quicker. I have two small kids so it's hard to take time and make a proper cocktail. I've had a few friends try it and they all love it too. I can make it with my own different collections of whiskies so it's fun to taste the differences. I would highly recommend it as I will be purchasing again, and I will venture out with the maple bacon one next.

My husband and I never thought we'd be able to enjoy our favorite drink at home because Old Fashioneds are not exactly simple to make. And then we tried Proof Syrup! Making our favorite cocktail is now easy and tastes fantastic. We are thrilled! Last night my husband ordered an Old-fashioned at a fine restaurant we were at. I asked how it was and he said, "Not as good as yours."

Just had this drink with my leftover tomahawk ribeye and honestly I think this old fashioned is on par with the ones I had at the restaurant last night, if not better. This syrup makes it super easy and makes a damn good drink in my opinion

Proof makes it easy and quick...which is what I'm looking for! Sometimes I don't have all the ingredients/materials to make an old fashioned, and I don't have the time to get them. I bought the 3 pack of these and I’m on my last bottle! It’s soooo good!! I have been using it with whiskey, 2 shots then 1/2 shot of this syrup. The best old fashion ever and so quick and easy to make! Definitely give this a go!!

The reviews were so good, I had to try it. At first, it felt a bit like cheating. It does take away the romance from making your own Old Fashioned from scratch, but the end result is well worth it. It's a keeper!

Product shipped within 2 days as promised. It took nearly two weeks to arrive after that. I hope that was a USPS issue and isn’t the norm. Is it good? Yes, very much so. Can I make one just as good? Usually but not consistently. Is it worth nearly $30. Not to me for the traditional. Am I going to buy again? Yes, because I really want to try the flavored options and there’s no way I can duplicate those. If those are as good as they sound and just as good as the traditional I may be...

I have to say I was skeptical at first but after reading all the positive reviews, I decided to try a bottle. Let me tell you, there is not way I would go back to bitters again - this is the bomb! Just tried it this snowy afternoon in New England. It has a lot of complexity to sweet and smoky as described. Threw some Orange skin and pulp it with some Bullet 10 year Bourbon and their you have it . Great cocktail will definitely be purchasing some more.

I ordered the Pecan proof syrup but another was shipped but the customer service was immediately responsive and shipped out the Pecan. I used it in a version of a Manhattan with Larceny bourbon. Mmmmm very nice and smooth. Good way to get past this pandemic!

Proof Syrup made the preparation of a fabulous beverage easy-peasy. I normally love experimenting with various bitters but there are times when you need a solid Old Fashioned asap and Proof Syrup provides that opportunity. An excellent addition to a home bartender's arsenal!

I’ve been to a lot of bars with friends in search of the best Old Fashioned in our town. I was expecting this to be good but not make the top 15. But I have to say I’d for sure put it in the top 5 especially for the 1 min prep time.

Mojito is one of my favorite cocktails on a nice summer day sitting out back on my patio which is my sanctuary, with some good smooth jazz and great cigar putting some smoke in the air, aka PSSITA. The mix is simple, following the recipe on the bottle, add some fresh mint and a lime and it’s all good! Right now I’m using a local distillery Hotel Tango Rum and it’s good and I plan to try some other rums as well. This bottle has gone fast, so another one or two will need to be ordered this week.

Had a bacon smoke-infused old fashioned for the first time about a year ago at a restaurant. Never even considered marrying the flavors of bourbon/whiskey and bacon, but bacon makes everything better, right? Couldn’t wait to try this product and it surpassed expectations. I have become your biggest fan! Not having had an Old-Fashioned in years, it is now my refreshment of choice in my home, because of the Proof syrup! I use black cherries and a hint of black cherry juice, which accounts for the color in this photo!

I've been looking for some time on how to make a good bacon flavored Old Fashioned. I had one at a restaurant a year ago that used flavored whiskey. It was tough to get my hands on to try and duplicate at home. I'm so happy that I came across Proof and their syrups. It's so much simple to make myself a great tasting Old Fashioned now! If this was the 1920's, I would say that this stuff is the bees knees, the flea’s eyebrows, the cat’s whiskers, the cat’s meow, the monkey’s eyebrows, the snake’s’ hips, the canary’s tusks... But it's 2020. So all I have to say is that this stuff is the best part of 2020, and you know that isn't a lie because, well... 2020. Absolutely delicious, super simple, and gives you the perfect mix for your old fashioned, every time.
