Although I purposed all the syrup choices, I’m kind of stuck (so far) on the traditional ... LOVE IT! I can make my own expert cocktail - don’t have to wait for the hubby to desire an old fashion - I just do it myself!! On a whim! So easy, so delicious - I’m my own expert mixologist - you made it so simple. LOVE IT!!

I purchased the Traditional syrup. Absolutely fantastic product. Takes the guesswork out of making THE perfect Old Fashioned and eliminates the needs for a bunch of different ingredients. If you can pour liquid, you too can make a great drink in record time. I'm sure eventually I'll try out some of the other drinks you can make with this syrup, maybe with my next bottle!

I usually make my old fashioned using Maker's Mark which I found to be a good mix however I experimented and tried Basil Hayden's. It's a Caribbean Rye with a rum finish that gives my old fashioned a nice twist simply delicious.

Love the traditional in old fashions with several of my bourbons and thought the pecan would be better with them too but, it isn’t near as good as the traditional. I love trying new bourbons and will try using the pecan with a few other ones in addition to some cooking recipes. That’s another hobby of mine.

The syrup gives me a nice break from my usual Black Manhattan - allowing me to make an easy, consistent and tasty Old Fashion. (Tip - the proper ratio of Proof Syrup to Bourbon is 1 Tablespoon of syrup to 1/4th of a cup of Bourbon.)

I was surprised at how much I loved the taste of the Traditional Syrup. I am a former bar/restaurant manager and bartender and I’m a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to my Old Fashions...the ceremony of mixing, top shelf ingredients, etc. However, life is much busier and crazy these days this is exactly what the Dr. ordered. Quick, easy and tastes great! I can’t wait to try the other flavors and it gets colder and the seasons change.

Thirty seconds from heaven! I am a huge pumpkin fan and the pumpkin beer seems a little thin this year, so I tried this. So happy I bought three bottles of the stuff from the get go. The pumpkin flavor is just enough to know you are not drinking a normal Old Fashion. Highly recommend and I will be a repeat customer for this stuff!

Shipping took forever (Not quite Proof’s fault, mail’s a mess right now) but it was worth the wait. The easiest, best tasting Old Fashioned I’ve ever had! Perfectly balanced, seems like it was made for Bulleit but I’d imagine it blends just as well with others.

Wow, I didn’t expect a “cocktail in a bottle” to taste like it was made at a bar. I have to give credit to Proof because they have perfected it. Much easier than making it with bitters and sugar, trying to get the right balance of proportions. Sometimes for a little different twist, I like putting 4-5 drops of orange bitters in mine to tone down the sweetness just a bit and add a little more depth of flavor.

I have been looking for a good drink and never really found one I really liked. Took a liking to Woodford Reserve but it needed something else to spice it up. Decided to give your product a try and I am hooked. I have never tasted anything so good. I will be honest, at my country club, well, they came close but failed when compared to how I make an Old Fashion using Proof Traditional Syrup. I also purchased Maple Bacon but have yet to try it. Proof syrup is absolutely amazing! My wife and I love to have an occasional cocktail or two, and the old fashion is by far OUR favorite and always go to drink of choice! Proof syrup makes this possible for us with not only phenomenal taste, but also with a lot less steps for prep than prior “PROOFless” nights. I’m forever thankful for discovering this product!

As you will see in the photo, I was prepped to make my drink. What I wasn't ready for, was how much I was going to love the Pecan cocktail syrup. I am a old fashioned fan, and I think that goes without saying if I purchased these syrups. I was just so blown away how much it elevated my drink. I have my great whiskies (bourbons, rye and Irish), but the way it transformed Bullit Rye was just AWESOME! I absolutely will be purchasing the Pecan flavor over and over for my liquor cabinet.
