The fit around the band feels great! The hat part is a little baggy tbh— but it kinda works with the wooly texture. It’s not too thick which seems like it might breathe pretty well, but that remains to be seen since I just got it yesterday. Will be getting more Odd Job hats— it’s such a rarity to find a hat that will fit on my big head.

This is my third hat ordered from Oddjob. It's easily the best fit of the three. The wool one had way too much bug fabric and looks a little goofy. The cotton camp had is mostly great but the shape/pattern seems like it could be improved. The fit and shape of this one is excellent. It's very light weight, comfortable... great for casual wear or active pursuits. Would love it if you offered the same lightweight hat in natural fabrics and other colours... hemp or cotton/hemp would be my top ...

I have a huge head and thick locs so I assumed that I would never be able to find a hat that fit comfortably. When I stumbled upon an OddJob’s Ad, I was doubtful but the price wasn’t too big of a risk. I'm used to running hats labeled 'one size fits all' when the truth is anything but. Finally, I found a hat that I can wear while running that isn't too tight on my head when I need to be focused on anything but a hat on my head. The fit is great and wears comfortably. The mesh is soft and allows for good ventilation. The sweatband is a bit too thick but is quite absorbent. Overall, this is one hat I can wear all day long.

As a big headed lady with a short forehead, baseball caps have always looked terrible on me. Dad hats just weren't attainable in big head life until Oddjob blessed my dome with this masterpiece. I'm an 8+ in fitted hats and the XL is really comfortable, even needs to be cinched a little bit. I didn't know it was possible to wear a snap back! If I had a snap back, it had to be on the last hole and when I put it on, it would just snap off. I could only wear really stretchy hats that I had to stretch out to the max. This is the FIRST time I have ever felt comfortable and confident in a hat! It is truly life changing!

I love this hat. I wear a size 8 in a fitted hat so I could never wear a snapback hat until I found this website. The hat is very comfortable. I got an XL and I have 4 snaps snapped and it fits good. My only slight complaint is about the color. The website made it appear to be a blueish-gray but what I got is a light green. I like this color so it’s not a problem but just thought I’d make everyone else aware.

Very comfortable hat. I was a little skeptical because it looks quite floppy in the pictures from the site, and my head is more long than wide, so wasn't sure if I would fill it up properly. No regrets, looks and fits great and has more apparent structure than what it shows on the site. It's really great to have a wool hat for working and playing outside.
