I wish I hadn't bought this hat. The only reason I don't return it is because it cost me more in shipping than the hat itself.

Most hats I have purchased have been very comfortable because I have an 8.25 size hat size. The most recent (two) caps have been on the smaller side of the offering and are way to snug for extended comfortable wear.

Shipping was as expected. No issue at all receiving from Canada.

It was easy to find the hat that my husband wanted by browsing by hat style. The model picture helped a lot, though it would be nice to have more body/head types modeled.

Best hats ship fast.

Return process was so onerous. Integrating ai into it made it even more frustrating. Charging me a return fee on both the purchase and the return was the final straw. Definitely not making a purchase here again
