I seldom deviate from Occre when it comes to model ship kits. The instructions are clear with photos and the supporting YouTube Vids (Home Harbor) are very interesting and fun to watch. Package arrived early from Occre. A complete change of experience from my first model. (Albatros). Building the inner Hull was fascinating as I knew it would be visible inside the open boat. The detail was first class at any price. I fitted the sails but preferred it without as the simple rigging looks very effective.

So far, I'm quite impressed with the overall quality of the instructions, photos, and drawings. The wood and metal parts are very well made. I'm particularly impressed with the density and quality of the plywood.

Ahora he pedido el Mississippi, espero que sea algo más complicado para montar, ya que he montado 3 barcos y ahora tengo más experiencia. Comunicaros también que he tratado de comprar la masilla y 1 bote de pintura negra, y no hay disponibilidad solo si compras un pack

Après de nombreuses maquettes j'ai voulu passer au bois. Pour me familiariser aux nouveaux défis j'ai opté pour le Polaris. Un très bon choix pour se faire la main. J'ai apprécié les tutos vidéo très bien faits. Je vais continuer avec HMS Beagle et le San Felipe, de belles heures en perspective.

Usually I don’t leave reviews but this glue is fantastic. I thought I was prepared for my build but decided to get this quick glue Juuust in case, and I’m so glad I did because it has saved my butt way more than once. Now I need more.

The Adler and the Rocket were great, fun builds, the Adler being slightly more challenging. I thought they were both deserving of being shown off as a pair in a diorama.

J’étais très content de trouver et de pouvoir refaçonner des personnages pour cette maquette de Rocket. Cette peinture verte était la couleur parfaite pour les mettre en valeur. À part le jaune qui était très peu couvrant pour la réalisation des roues et du wagon, toutes les autres couleurs se sont révélées très satisfaisantes.

I'm not finished yet, but this is a great model to put together and the directions are a little challenging but The graphics are pretty clearly detailed and easy to follow. ( Not boring at all).

Estos cuadernales de 4 mm los utilicé para casi dar por terminado el velamen de mi Santísima Trinidad . Aún no entiendo porque me hicieron falta , pero en OCCRE me han atendido de muy buena manera así que deseché la posibilidad del reclamo . Me doy por satisfecho de que llegaran bien y a tiempo 👌🏼

Es hat mir sehr geholfen, dadurch das die Nägel so klein sind konnte man sie kaum fixieren und hämmern aber der Nagler ist super und ziemlich genau und sauber. Hat Spaß gemacht die Polaris zu bauen.

Ich baue gerade mein allererstes Modellschiff aus Holz - die Polaris. Der Ständer ist schnell zusammengebaut und in guter Qualität. Da er verstellbar ist, eignet er sich für verschiedene Größen. Alles in allem sehr nützlich mit den zusätzlichen Fächern, um Werkzeug etc. aufzubewahren. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Excellent color and versatility. I used a mixture of 'Betún de Judea' with acrylic gloss gel medium to create subtle patinas over gold layers, achieving a beautiful aged effect. It also works very well when mixed directly with gold acrylics, adding depth and tonal variation without overpowering the metallic finish. A very versatile product for glazing and fine detail work.

I'm not far enough along with the Essex to share a photo, but I completed the HMS Beagle earlier this year and included a photo of that one. If the Essex is anywhere near the quality the the Beagle model, it will be awesome. Your models are truly near exact replicas of the real thing. Videos are very helpful and I had very few issues in construction of the Beagle. I'll come back with more when I complete the Essex.
