This is an awesome model to build and to have ridden on them in San Francisco is even better. The quality and details are amazing. For everyone who sees my finished model is awestruck. I have built aircraft models for over 50 years so I wanted to try something new. Now I must pick another one to build . With OCcre the choices and quality is great. Do yourself a favor Treat your to a model and build one they are so much fun.

This is the second kit I bought from Occre but it is the first to be built. Quality wood and fittings. The documentation is complete. I have started construction. So far I am working on the boiler body. I am using this kit to brush up on my skills before I tackle the harder stuff. Great kit, you won't be disappointed!

I purchased the Occre HMS Beagle from a 3rd party vendor, my first purchase of an Occre kit. The kit components are very high quality including the laser cut parts along with the various fittings, blocks, etc. There was more than enough wood to finish the project with quite a bit left over for the "lumber yard". Mio padre sta facendo un modellino che aveva interrotto da più di 10 anni e non trova alcune parti. I have the Milano Tram which is too large to properly display on this base. I purchased another base and glued the two bases together. I am happy with the results. The two bases are no longer than the large base for the trains. I had enough tiles to complete the base but did have to purchase additional grout. Thank you. David

Habe schon einige Schiffsmodele von Occre gebaut, finde diese Bausätze einfach spitze. Die Qualität der Materialien ist fantastisch, die Bauanleitung ist leicht verständlich und sehr reichhaltig bebildert. Auch die beiliegenden 1:1 Pläne sind eine grosse Hilfe und nicht Standart bei jedem Hersteller. Auch der support funktioniert reibungslos sollte doch mal ein Teil fehlen oder falsch sein. Ich bin begeistert. Qualität ist top. Für einen Anfänger ist es Stellenweise Recht anspruchsvoll, weil die Anleitung nicht ganz eindeutig ist und die Bilder etwas klein ausfallen. Man muss sich dann selbst überlegen wie man bestimmte Schritte ausführt, aber das macht ehrlich gesagt auch am meisten Spaß. Ich wiederhole: ich bin begeistert.

De momento tengo el proyecto del Prinz Eugen en espera ya que estoy haciendo antes el diorama de Lisboa. La verdad es que al abrir la caja te das cuenta de la calidad de la maqueta y de la gran envergadura del trabajo que requiere. Cuando termine el trabajo actual comenzaré inmediatamente el Prinz Eugen.

The kit was excellent! For those who are new to the hobby, you can be confident that there are ample materials to complete the ship. The paint set is also ample to finish the work. The instructions do require careful study and you must think ahead several steps to be sure you do not create problems for yourself. The videos available on line are very helpful but Alex did make a number of errors so be sure to read the comments below each video.

The workstation module was designed very well, holds all your tools and the trays are enough to keep all the small parts tucked safely away until needed. OcCre’s laser cut fabrication makes the assembly process enjoyable as you know they will fit.

This has been so much fun to build. It is my first time ever attempting a model ship build. I've definitely made plenty of mistakes but the solid design and instructions still allow for a really great looking end product. The videos are really helpful, the instructions are well written. Excited to get this one finished so I can build the next one even better.

Fine complete kit! I'm still a novice in wood ships so this model was a step up in some respects. I was especially attracted to the double hull planking and its beautifully patterned natural wood look. I have to confess I did short cut the inner stiff planking, with all its nailing and filing, by using easily glued and sanded balsa wood planking. A tinta acrílica “nogal” da Occre tem boa fluidez, boa capacidade de coloração muito realista das madeira claras do teto da cabine e dos mastros, por exemplo, de fácil aplicação e limpeza final dos materiais. Obrigado.

Buenas tardes, es una maqueta que puede impresionar a simple vista a muchos por todo el material metálico que trae, además de por las dimensiones que presenta, pero ya he hecho otros retos importantes, así que sin miedo y a por ello, en la foto que os dejo, ya he puesto la cubierta principal con dos capas de barniz terminada, lista para empezar el forro lateral, que no creo que será un poco trabajoso, un saludo a todos.

Cette peinture couvre très bien; par contre, j’avais acheté le pack complet de peinture pour le remorqueur Hercules: je vous suggère de prévoir deux flacons de cette peinture noire, le seul fourni étant tout à fait insuffisant compte-tenu de la taille de la maquette.. 😜😁

This the Palamos which is a work in progress. I am still working on Hull details which as you can see is not close what I would like but it is better that the first try. Occre has very good product I believe. the materials are good quality except for the Sapelli Planks which are a little delicate because when cutting sharp planks, they have tendency to splinter. MC

Novamente, estes perfis são excelentes para construir as vitrines para os meus modelos. Fáceis de trabalhar, não encontro melhor. Mas deixo um alerta à OcCre: são já vários os perfis que tenho adquirido, mas alguns dos últimos que recebi trazem um ou dois perfis que não têm uma secção completamente quadrada.
