So I received Small Space, Big Taste, and the first recipe I gravitated towards was the Shrimp Ceviche! LOVE your cookbook!! Bruce and I went through it as soon as we opened the box. Our 1st attempt to try your recipes was the "Grilled Dry Rubbed Pork Tenderloin" with the "Truly Tasty Cauliflower". Herbivores should be warned that this turned out to be a very carnivorous review. I was super impressed by the high quality of this blend the minute I opened it. It has a grind consistency that puts the freshness of the quality of the ingredients on literal visual display. I can identify most of the ingredients almost immediately. Love, love, love this cookbook! My family and I love to cook, grill and even bake on the RV! I'm always looking for fresh, yummy healthy ideas and love that Trish has a pop of color (and flavor) in every bite. I'm a collector of cookbooks and Small Space Big Taste is quickly becoming one of my favorites ! The recipes I have prepared are so delicious and flavorful and a thumbs up from my family. Also the cookbook is so well made and beautiful . I like cookbooks with pictures and there are plenty of amazing ones to see what the recipes look like. Love this cookbook. Was super excited when it was delivered. Even our Great Dane “Beau” loved it so much he tried to eat the pictures of the recipes within the book. He grabbed it off the counter when we left for a short period the day after delivery. Luckily we still have all the recipes to refer to but he caused some damage. Highly recommend this cookbook.
