Love the Tricia Leach Spice Blends. They are great to spice up a quick meal at the end of a long day. The Lemon Herb Blend is great on fish. I also use the Sweet Heat on my salmon. Awesome Sauce! I just add some olive oil than sprinkle the blends on the fish. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Serve with wild rice or a nice salad. Boom! Dinner done.

My husband asked what seasoning I wanted on my steak. I had been wanting to try Pecan Coffee for awhile, but was not sure about the “coffee” part. He was skeptical about putting coffee on his steak, so he opted for another rub, but I chose Pecan Coffee . As soon as he took the steaks off the grill he realized his mistake!! It was amazing! I gave him a small taste of mine. :-) Highly recommend you use this for your next steak rub!

We tried the Drunken French Toast this weekend while camping to celebrate a birthday and it turned out perfect! Would highly recommend making the bourbon maple syrup! Had company at the campground and used the book to come up with something a bit different that I ususally serve. Tried the skirt steak with chimichurri, Iron Skillet Potatoes and Street Corn Elote (off the cob). So I received Small Space, Big Taste, and the first recipe I gravitated towards was the Shrimp Ceviche! We live in Florida and were headed to our beach condo with friends to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I picked up some Royal Red gulf shrimp! I was super impressed by the high quality of this blend the minute I opened it. It has a grind consistency that puts the freshness of the quality of the ingredients on literal visual display. I can identify most of the ingredients almost immediately. It even tastes great off the tip of your finger.

Love this cookbook. Was super excited when it was delivered. Even our Great Dane “Beau” loved it so much he tried to eat the pictures of the recipes within the book. He grabbed it off the counter when we left for a short period the day after delivery. Luckily we still have all the recipes to refer to but he caused some damage.
