Was surprised the machine did not have a heavier, more solid body and bobbin shuttle but I did not view before buying on line. Saying that, it looks sturdy and so far has not moved when sewing heavy fabrics although a tad noisy. I love the ease of threading the machine and the needle threader. Easy to locate stitches, change width and stitch length. As the machine is a heavy duty sewer it would have been nice to have a walker or roller foot included. Otherwise I'm happy to date with the 4432 ...

I’ve not actually used my pin tuck foot yet I’ve just had a two minute dabble with it. On the sample I altered tension and stitch length and I’m pleased with the results. When I ordered I knew nothing about these feet and just ordered a 9, maybe I’ll order a 5, they could be a larger pin tuck, I’ll have to look online to get more proficient at using it but I’m glad I bought it.

When I researched buying a dressmakers dummy, experienced users said buy in the size that works for your under bust measurement. If you then need to increase the size of the bust beyond the dummies adjustment you add a bra and padding (I have used fabric scraps) then I put an old sport top with lines down the side over this. Have used this set up to make two dresses which fit me perfectly around the bust. The purchasing process from singer outlet was easy and the delivery very quick.

It fits beautifully but it is not used for sewing bits and pieces it's a hair accessory box, the three layers are perfect for me, and if I was looking for a sewing box I would highly recommend this one. Can't fault Singer Outlet. The wrong model was delivered by mistake but was collected and swapped for the correct one within a couple of days. This is an upgrade from the entry level one we bought a few years ago. This one is a vast improvement in size and speed if you have the room for it.

A very good machine . Like all modern machines my only concern is that there is always too much plastic. In the old days the bobbins and the cover that goes over the bobbin case was always metal . Therefore it was not so flimsy. Takes some getting used to.
