The way you guys talk about it, I thought it was going to be delicious, but it's just "okay". It doesn't really have a strong flavor, which is good I suppose, and it's a little gritty and doesn't mix thoroughly with water. I've tried it in my coffee and it was good. Changed the flavor a little, but it wasn't bad at all. Also, I don't really notice a huge difference in my energy levels. I am Type 2 diabetes and my most recent A1C about a week ago was 10.0, down from 11.7 three months ago sin...
