the "flavor" is OK when mixed with other things, coffee, smoothie, etc. like all other "supplements" and superfoods I have no idea if it is helping me or my health. nothing to notice. nothing to measure. I am merely "trusting" and hoping it is as beneficial as YOU say it is.

It's OK, but I think I will just keep ordering green and hibiscus. It's better when it's hot - maybe a different mix of spices. Mostly tasting cinnamon, instead of other pumpkin spices. Not that cinnamon is bad, just was thinking a spice mix flavor.

I have been using it once a day as I have reactions pretty quickly to various new products. So far so good on the Amla. I really won't know till I have used it a bit longer whether it is doing anything for me or not. I do feel it is VERY expensive.

I ordered and the first 3 days my blood sugar fasting and Day sugar was at levels I haven’t seen in a long time, I thought it was a miracle! Then on the 4 or 5 Day it changed and back to my high Numbers did Order more hoping to have the levels improved again , but no not yet😩 I still have hope🤞
