Not sure of the dosage of AMLA in the Coffee product. But I did a test this morning. Glucose measured at 126 (5:36A) first thing in the morning.... Made a pot (6 cups) of Coffee adding 2 scoops of AMLA Green. Half-hour later, glucose measured at 97 (08:19A), after my first mug of coffee. I wasn't expecting that. But for me, it's proof that the product does work. I have taken my morning meds.... glucose at (08:48A)108... Really unexpected. Finished pot of Coffee. (08:59A) 93.

I have been using Alma Greenfor two weeks. I have used a heaping scoop once a day as a cup of tea, that has a mild ok flavor, or mixed in with a bowl of oatmeal. So far I am not noticing any changes in how I feel or in my blood glucose readings. I plan to finish my jar before making any judgement, but I doubt that the jar I have will give me 90 servings. We will see!

Not really a fan of hibiscus apparently as I don't enjoy the flavor as much as I had hoped. The hibiscus greens also don't dissolve fully even when mixing with very hot or boiling water, making for a grainy beverage. Will not re-order.

I am still testing my Amla to determine if I am receiving the nutritional and healthy benefits in terms of blood sugar and blood pressure. I am on my second jar, and honestly, I am not seeing dramatic results. I am a Type II diabetic and have heart failure. I monitor my sugar and blood pressure daily, and results have been consistent since I began Amla. I have 1 cup per day, but again, not seeing any lowering of my blood glucose or blood pressure.

The coffee is drinkable but after my trip to Italy a few years ago, I’m sorry to say, I’ve turned into a coffee snob. However, it’s drinkable. Now, I’ll see how it affects my health. I wasn’t thrilled with the tea. I’m going to work on mixing it with other teas to make it more drinkable to me.

I was a bit disappointed. The last time I purchased Amla it was wonderful. I enjoyed the taste as my morning tea. This batch has no flavor at all. I felt I was drinking hot water. I tried the pumpkin spice in my smoothie and couldn’t taste it. I will continue to use it to see if my energy level increases, but as of yet, I haven’t noticed a difference.
