I'm giving it a three star, because I was not made aware that the coffee in the starter pack was caffeinated. Because of heart issues, I cannot drink anything with caffeine. So I had to return the pkg of Coffee and I am still waiting on a replacement of the Amla decaf green tea. I do love the tea and will drink it forever! Thanks, Tommy Elliott

I am confused. Am I supposed to have all three every day? I like the plain green one best. The one with cinnamon is decent, but doesn’t really dissolve in my hot tea. Is there a way to get it to dissolve, or do I chew or swallow the grounds?

I am sorry, but as of now I have seen absolutely no difference after taking this for three weeks. At least from a blood glucose perspective. I cannot attest to any change in lipids as I have not had them checked. It could be that I need to take it more than once per day. Currently prediabetic, eating a mostly healthy diet of whole foods.
