For years I drank Amla powder as a tea. It was so bitter I could barely choke it down. The taste is amazing! My only concern is drinking it as a hot beverage there seems to be alot of sediment at the bottom and im wondering if im losing much of the benefits from it not disolving completly.

The taste isn't bad. I drink it in my 2 cups of coffee everyday. I can feel the vitamin C working in my body. Not sure what benefit the green tea has on me. It is all positive though.

I purchased the sampler pack and had one each morning. I really enjoyed the plain Amla Green. It has a mild pleasant flavor, and I think it will mix well with any other tea I choose to drink. I didn't mind the taste of the hibiscus and elderberry flavors, but I did not enjoy the leftover undissolved solids in the bottom of the cup. They left a dry unpleasant feeling in my mouth with the last sip. This probably would not be not be a problem if it's going in a smoothie, but I don't drink smoothie...

I have been suffering from high b.p since 2019. Since then i lost weight as well n recently came across amla product n immediately placed an order n started consuming. It hasnt been that long enough so cant say about positive changes. My b.p. has its spikes now n then n it is mainly with only my diastolic number i dont know why. But i hope amla green helps me. So, I put it in my coffee every morning. Flavor ok if mixed in something else. I'll reserve final review until I have my bloodwork done in a few weeks. I'm prediabetic at 105, not horrible but I want to see that number at less than 100, in the normal range. I'm in a diabetes prevention program through my healthcare provider and have lost weight and will work on losing another 10 lbs.

I started Mastering Diabetes 6 months ago using one scoop of Amla green every day. My A1c went from 7.2 to 6.1 , cholesterol went from 110 to 75, blood pressure 140/90 to 110/58 or 121/69, it changes as I move or not but is always is the good range! This made an impact on my cholesterol when I first started using it, though at this point that sure my cholesterol is rising due to genetic predisposition and time, or because the product is not as effective long term. Either way it made an impact for quite sometime and I will continue using it for overall well-being. It is far worth it over a statin!

Product is good, but I the residue/"sludge" left over with drinking tea needs resolution. Making it easier to try other brands of Amla you sell (I would l like to try regular, pumpkin and elderberry within each order) of 3 containers. This would be a good option to add or make it clearer how.

After purchasing 4 containers of amIa green (at different times) I can say that I very much like amla. However one problem that I had was receiving an opened container. After reporting this problem I was told that because of pressure sealing of the containers the seal may get broken when unscrewing the lid. Highly unlikely, I do not believe that this occurred. A more likely scenario was someone purchased amla, opened the container then returned it for a refund. I received second hand goods...

I was disappointed to not receive the booklets in my order. I thought the deal I was ordering was supposed to included two booklets. Outside of that, the product is easy to use in something like my oats. It does work in my lemon juice salad dressing that uses bean liquor instead of olive oil. I love the way it dissolves in my tea you don't even taste the alma in the green and the tea is very nice flavor. I love the sweet taste of the hibiscus also. Not sure it has had much effect on blood sugar yet but I will keep drinking it

I would love it. I love the product, but I have gotten cuts on my fingers three times. They are like paper cuts and I didn’t realize where they weee coming from. It’s the edge of the container that butts up against the edge of the cap. As I unscrew the cap, I give myself a cut on my fingers from that edge. I have removed the product form the container it came in but I thought you should know.

I like the original kind and drink it like tea. The Immunity one has an OK flavor. However, no matter what I try (cold water, hot water, mix a little in first before adding all at once) nothing results in thoroughly melted the dry powder. It looks as if sand is floating on the top and sitting as a blob on the bottom of the glass.

I add Amla to my morning coffee and enjoy the flavor it adds. My main criticism is that the delivery is sometimes inconsistently spaced. I am signed up for monthly deliveries, but the last two delivers have been off schedule. One was a week or so late and the last one very early. Is this a production problem?
