I wish the powder dissolved better, have to keep stirring it before each sip. The taste is ok but not great. I hope it does help with sugar levels, cholesterol and blood pressure

I really like the taste of the product, though I initially had great difficulty getting the package of coffee open. I've tried the powder in tea, hot water, smoothies and in a diluted juice. I haven't noticed any effects as yet. I will have an A1c reading in three months. My blood pressure has been steady, controled by diet and a low dose of Irbesartan. I withold judgement until I've been enjoying it for a longer period of time.

I have a Keurig and so use pods for my coffee. So I ordered the Amla powder to add to my coffee. It didn't stay mixed in the coffee so I decided to try the bag of Amla coffee. It takes more time to get a cup of coffee ready but it's good coffee and there's no sentiment at the bottom. I have no idea, yet, as to whether it lowered my cholesterol or blood sugar but I'll subscribe now.
