I had mixed feelings about this product. The Amla Green - Classic I can tolerate - got lots of good energy from taking it. I am having trouble with the Amla Green - Immunity. While I was glad the Immunity had peppermint at the end of the ingredient list - the taste is overwhelming and I can only take in very small doses. I will be tracking my blood sugar metrics and am expectant of some good changes in my blood glucose levels
