I have tried Amla Green before and it did not dissolve, time before that it turned ROCK hard. This time it was GREAT!! I ordered the trio and really love the Immunity, it is my favorite. I have a glass every night. The Hibiscus is good. The Green - not so much. I will definitely order the Immunity again in a larger size. Thanks for the opportunity to try all three.

I love it! In fact, I have my husband and son on it as well. They have type 2 diabetes and am hoping they'll get good results on their blood sugar levels. I've noticed that I no longer get sugar spikes from certain foods. Of course, we all are trying to cut carbs and eating more veggies. Have recommended Amla Green to others.

I had my total knee replacement 9 months ago. My A1c was in high 7 . I took Amla green every day for 6 weeks before surgery, I brought my A1c to 6.4 . My dr. was pleased . Now I need to maintain it. Anecdotal, but every time I take Amla consistently for 3-4 days my FBG drops to under 130. Today it was 126. When I have missed a couple of days FBG is usually >142.

I use the hibiscus with my morning tea with a little almond milk. I love the taste. However, the powder does not fully dissolve and there is some powder still on the bottom of my cup at the end and leaves a gritty taste in my mouth. I have not yet gotten a response back about what I can do to reduce this problem. Also, was not told on the label whether I must refrigerate after opening. I've been using Alma Green off and on for some time now. But just realized it must be taken every day to be effective. Fasting BS now in 90's and 100's. No medication. A1C 5.9. When I started my Plant base eating in 2017 my A1C dropped from 6.2 to 5.2 after 6 months. I'm not sure why it's climbing now? Hopefully the Alma Green will make a difference.

Just recently bought the decaf green tea because I would find myself wanting some later in the day and did not want the caffeine in the regular green tea. I’ve been using for a couple of weeks. So far I have reduced my insulin a bit, have a lot more energy. Night time leg cramping almost gone completely. I started gradually switching to vegan about a month and a half ago. Lost about 7-8 lbs. I have not had any meat for a week. Gradual elimination has worked very well. I noticed the difference when I ate a meal with meat compared to one without. Indigestion almost nonexistent now.

I love the original AMLA Green and have been purchasing it since it was first available. I was also an AMLA Gold member. I was dismayed to find that the AMLA Gold deals have been discontinued. I do not like fruit-flavored teas and am not interested in any of your bundles with fruit flavors.
