I retired a few years ago, so I’m on a fixed budget for a lot of things. I’ve recently got into bird watching, but it’s been difficult to find great binoculars that fit into my budget. Then I found Starscope Binoculars. Not only are they inexpensive they really are the best compact binoculars for birding — durable, comfortable, and easy to use. I never leave home without them.

I like the Starscope Monocular telescope because it can last an entire overnight hike without a single scratch or dent. Its also a great waterproof monocular telescope and works in the rain. The outer layer is really slick and easy to clean. Definitely worth the money. I highly recommend it.

There are some really expensive monoculars, but Starscope telescope is the best monocular for hiking. Aside from its lightweight design, it's super durable. I even dropped it a few times and it was completely fine and protected. Even a light drizzle of rain doesn’t affect the quality. Great outdoor device.

This product has a nice sleek feature and is easy to grasp and hold . I love that you can set it on the tripod and experience adventures with it . It was difficult to use my phone with it . The manual was fairly easy to understand .

This device looks sleek and very portable. It feels futuristic like one of those sci-fi mercenary movies where the hero is scoping out the scene with his monoscope. The material felt comfortable, was not slippery and has an appealing matte finish which seems resistant to finger prints. These are great qualities for someone that would like take it camping or rock climbing.

Lightweight, decent optics for the price, feels tough in the hands. Compared to my other binoculars, the glass quality of the Starscope binoculars is pretty good. The image is bright and sharp with a just a bit of distortion at the edges. I'd say the Starscope binoculars are good value for the money and they seem tough. You can throw them in with all your other gear/tools and don't have to worry about babying them.

I have become a real nature lover and came across "birdwatching" in the past 2 years. So far I have only used the Starscope binoculars in the lake, but I was able to observe exotic species of ducks and many rare birds. Simply great! You have to adjust them in order to be able to see through them properly. This may take some getting used to, but it works great! I recommend the Starscope binoculars!

Very good binoculars! I bought the Starscope Binoculars for bird watching and they are great for that. You can see the details of the moon, although the Starscope Binoculars are not particularly made for this purpose. The quality of the material and the details are very good, I recommend buying this product!

Just moved near a large park with various species and the Starscope binoculars are great companion tools for a morning walk. Good build quality straight from the box with accurate dialing, comfortable handling surface texture in a relatively light weight. I also took them on a small trip to Matthiessen State Park which they seem to be working well in light rain condition. Would recommend the Starscope Binoculars for sure!

The Starscope monocular is the first mini telescope I’ve ever used and it’s pretty good quality. I may not have purchased from the site but my grandma got it for me and it’s super fun to mess around with. I looked at the moon with it and the quality was PHENOMENAL.

These monos are special - easily and quickly focused and very mobile. We haven't been able to put them to their intended use at the bird sanctuary, but star moon viewing are extraordinarily.

They appear to be made well. They focus easily and feel good in your hands. They are great for gifts to family members and friends. Never thought I'd like a one-eyed look-through! This monocular telescope is fantastic! Steady in the hand so I don't have to 'steady' my grip as I do with regular binoculars no matter how good their viewer is but with the Starscope I have the best advantage of no shakes to quickly get my bird, waterfowl, backyard critter in view. One was gifted to me and I turned around and bought one for my hubby. No sharing when 'speed-viewing' is of the most importance. Get One! Enjoy the joy!

It is easy to be a bino 'snob', but most of us do not have 2 or 3 grand to spend on glass. Casual bird watchers, airgun hunters, boating people will all find the Starscope binoculars adequate.

The lenses of the Starscope Binoculars are great, and there is a good focal range too. Good clear well magnified and bright images, really nice to sit and look at the wildlife. The thing I find weird is they work well, they adjust well, the internals are really good……but……they look cheap, the plastic is quite cheap looking, and they do not feel robust, the lens caps feel cheap too. If they were in a decent shell they would have been brilliant instead of good. A case or even drawstring bag would ...

For use in normal daytime there is nothing wrong with the Starscope binoculars at all. The 10x magnification balances out the effect of the low grade glass to give the performance I would expect of slightly better 8x binoculars.
