The Starscope binoculars are great quality sturdy, feel quite light in your hands and clear to look through, they have a wide field of view easy to focus. Only thing I’d prefer would be if I could lock the best view for me. Once they’ve been in a pocket or bag, you have to re-focus, so they are not ideal when you want to capture a moment quickly.

I like the size of the Starscope Binoculars, 10 x 42 are smaller in length that 10 x 50 binoculars yet you don’t really notice that much difference until the light is low. The Starscope binoculars are a lot lighter than my ancient set so I should be able to pop them into my day pack. I am lucky to live in a high rural village with stunning views in 3 directions so a great place to try them for the first time. Adjustment is perfect. Holding is comfortable, eye comfort is good.
