Love, love, love these little seeds. I add them to my fruit salads, smoothies, regular salads, applesauce, yogurt and anything else I can put them in to up my protein intake. I have had issues losing weight, it has stayed at the same number for over a year. Since adding the seeds my sugar cravings are decreasing and the scale started moving. It is a slow process for me, but with adding the seeds I am down over 6lbs. Over the past 2 months.

I wish I had a good before photo, but this will have to do. My son has suffered from atopic dermatitis since he was 6mo. This is one of the first moisturizers that doesn't burn, and actually works! He is 6yo now, and is able to apply it all by himself. It spreads easily and the lime smells amazing!

I first bought the product for a bad sunburn, then a rash cam up on my arm that covers the entire area of where my arm bends. As you can see it is almost gone in just a week by using HelpMeHemp! I love this product and believe in it! It also took away the itching!!!

This hemp oil is a miracle in a bottle. I eat a spoonful every morning, and it has helped alleviate body aches, and I feel also hydrates my from the inside out. These little sample packs are worth trying! The dropper of argan oil, hemp oil and then the lime body butter, they actually last me several uses. They are literally like hold to me! The hemp and argan oil save my face, lips, and body during the winter, these products truly moisturizes like no other. Also since having a tablespoon of hemp oil every morning for a few months, I have less neck pain and aches that I have had for years. I Love the hemp seeds in my salads and smoothies too! I am so thankful I discovered these products! I have been using the hemp oil for about 3 months and it has truly helped my skin. I had a lot of hyperpigmentation & my skin is so much brighter and even-toned now. I love the lime body scrub and body butter too. And I agree the argan oil is like gold to me. I'm been using these products since 2018 and absolutely love them the hemp oil is a pain reliever and a fantastic moisturizer, stress reliever, actually a miracle in a bottle, the argon oil is amazing as a moisturizer and it helps strengthen your hair, and nails, the lime butter is great for your skin it helps with exesma, and psoriasis, dry skin. A friend sent me a sample to try on a lump I have on my chest, from hidradenitis suppurativa, a skin condition I suffer with. The hemp oil helped in a way modern medicine just didn't touch. This product is amazing! It leaves your lips very soft. But not only does it help for dry chapped lips, a while back I had a cold sore on my lip. The hemp chap helped heal my lips. I bought the hemp oil before I ordered the argan oil, and this stuff is amazing on the skin and it tastes great, too! I have been taking a slug of this stuff in the evenings before bed, it has a nutty flavor and I like it a bunch. It’s also amazing on salads!! Highly recommend this product as well!
