Bailey and I both absolutely love her new collar! I fell in love with the rose gold Midas collar, however, my pup was not quite big enough for the sizes listed. I emailed Big Dog Chains and they promptly responded. Ben was very easy to work with, he said they would be able to re-size the collar to fit Baileys needs. It fits perfect and she loves it as much as I do :)

Great chain!! I was unsure about the sizing but followed the directions provided and it fit perfect (even over his big head). I love the way it looks and I have gotten MANY compliments. The quality is great and there is no skepticism of it’s sturdiness, even pit power doesn’t break it!

Very good quality chain! A bit big for my bull terrier Dozer but he's just now about to turn a year old so I think he will grow into it. Service was also excellent and shipping was fast. It was supposed to be a Christmas present but neither one of us could wait!

It's pretty amazing that being said I had to send it back to get sized down I sent it out on the 3rd it is now the 20th its still at the post office and has week for a week wait for them to go pick it up when I final got a call for a young lady she wasn't very nice 😐. pay these prices I would think you would get a bit higher customer service 😐 and get product back a bit faster but hey what do I know just a consumer/business my self🤷

Chain is thicker than what I thought on a good way. Feels/seems strong. Dog pulled really hard chain stayed in place. I’m still hesitant to let the dog pull hard when walking but it’s just the way i am/think. Has nothing to do with the quality of the the chain. Chain looks great !!! ID link is 🔥

My girl Karma and I love the Phoenix chain! She is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier approximately 40lbs and we got the 18.5” which ends up being 19.5”. It’s a little loose, may go down a half inch and guess what resizing is FREE! Absolutely worth the price! High quality, strong and let’s not forget gorgeous! I would definitely buy again! Shipping was quick and mine was customized with her name on the link and a dog tag! Customer service is awesome too! Don’t hesitate to buy a chain its worth it!

This collar is GORGEOUS!! I received many compliments from other Doberman owners and strangers! It was a bit difficult decision whether Rose or Yellow Gold to choose. I went for Rose.
