I received the chain and was lost for words as the workmanship and quality were outstanding. The only issue was that I made a mistake on the sizing so I sent it back to have resized. I can't wait to get this back and have it fit my pet properly. FYI customer service was pleasing to deal with to get the chain resized bo hassles at all. I will purchase another chain in the future.

Chain is beautiful. I love it. It just pops off sometimes easily when he plays with out other dog. Idk if there is anything that could he done about this but otherwise it’s awesome. Been telling everyone where I got it from when they see it

Beautiful collar and well made. We received so many compliments on this collar! It is heavy but comfortable for a large breed dog. My boy is still a 7 month old puppy, but since these come with life time adjustments we did not hesitate to buy early so we could enjoy it sooner! Highly recommend!

The only thing I would say I didn’t like is the fit. This is because it is different then our standard collar fit, no fault of Big Dog Chains per say. I ordered “THE CHECKO” under training collars. Since Winston (dogs name) was a puppy we had been using pet store “Titan” collars. They come in 2” size increments, when measured tip to tip the one he was wearing was 22”. Also sold as a 22” collar. As a result I ordered a 22” from Big Dog, turns out when you measure a 22” big dog end to end its 23.5...

I love the collar! It will last a lifetime. I ordered a 19 inch, but it ended up being 20 inches. I didn’t ask if the collar latch was included in the length. So that could be what’s added in the additional inch. Some of the paint has scratched off. If you get a stainless steel or gold version this probably won’t happen. I wanted Obi to rock the lagoon blue. Just be aware that paint will get scratched up over time. Also I think the looseness is contributing to the paint getting scratched up fast...

She is an Xolo 35 lbs 6 mo. It's a little big, but surely she will grow into it. It makes alot of noise, so she doesn't like to wear it when in the back yard, since she can not sneek up on the rabbit and squirrels. she is smart enough to put her head down and slid out of it. LOL then i have to search the grass for it. She loves to take walks with this colar and she walks nicely with it, without pulling.

He’s actually an English Bulldog but you didn’t have that as a drop down option. I already own 2 of the bad MoFo dog chains which frustrates me because the only have sizes 2 inches at a time. With the 19.5 it works perfectly!

This is our third Big Dog Chain, we love them. Every pup we have going forward will own a BDC. The Orion is was our first coloured chain, I was a little hesitant at first but I must say its absolutely stunning. Everyone comments on the finish. I’ll be purchasing a training “roller” BDC so my pups have another BDC when I have to send them in for resizing. Scylla was only a 12 week old Cane Corso in this video.
