I placed my order and the sizing changed back to 14” . I emailed on a Sunday and they responded so quickly, I was impressed. I received the 21” chain as needed and it looks so dope. I’m sad I didn’t order the matching leash at the same time but I will be ordering. I waited 7 years to get this for him (Siris) and I couldn’t be happier … thanks !!🙏🏾

The production time may have been a little more lengthy than expected but I also got a very intricate custom name 3-D ID made which is understandable given our COVID situation. There’s absolutely no other combination link and name ID on the planet with my design. That’s what makes it 100% worth the wait time. You cant find anything like this off the shelf down her in New Zealand, it Makes Nova stand out even more than she did before. If you don't want people stopping and asking about your dog and chain combo this isn't for you. This has to be my best purchase in a long time, sign me up as a life time customer as all my dogs will have these chains.

My puppy looks handsome with this check chain on. He’s definitely going to get a Big Dog Collar, now. Customer service was exceptional especially since the original size ordered was tight on his neck. Make sure to give at least two to four inches of give for any check chain purchases. Anyway, super grateful to gift my puppy a quality product like this one.

I just want to say thank you to the whole team for everything you all do to make these great quality products! For my dog, Ollie, I decided to purchase a neat rose gold collar as a birthday gift to go well with him. It explains all the things recommend before making payment, so I did my best to meet the requirements. It came in the mail fast, packaging was wonderful, and the collar is a wonderful piece I could have purchased. Great!!

High quality! Unique design. Shipping was decent. Returns are manageable. And they are built Dog Tough.. My dog can still do all his normal chasing activities and plays hard and it stand up to the test. Had it about 2 months before making the review for honest feed back. Still everytime I look at it im pleased. Money well spent.

I Orderer the Cuban Link collar in 17.5 and it just came out perfect and just gave my French Bulldog a whole new look that everyone is enjoying when they see him. Should of got a 17 but only bad thing is paying a shipping return label back which is international and is somewhat pricey.
