I love the quality, the size, the functionality. The bag is just the right size for me and my tall 9 year old. All zippers are good quality. One of my most favorite part, and a requirement, is a zippered compartment that hides against my back. After my brush up with a pick pocket in Milan, a hidden compartment is a must. Love it! Only thing I would change so far would be to have a cinch of some sort to keep your water bottle from sliding out but otherwise it feels sturdy, and the standard size fits my 17in laptop. Love all the handles!
