I love my JBField socks especially for winter as they are so warm yet breathe really well. The size med woman's fit is perfect for my size 9 feet. No slipping off the heel and no pinching of the ties. I have socks from most of the major merino wool companies but these are my favourite! They do pill a bit but they don’t shed anything in the washer?! I'm actually thankful to have these socks!

I buy a pair for each of my kids stockings at Christmas. They are great quality, made in Canada, and come in fun colours. A bit pricey but worth it and I wait for them to go on sale. Also great that there are larger sizes for my son who needs a men's 13. The kids love getting them.

Love these socks!! I can wear them to the office for work and also casually. I have large calves and they fit. I am tall so a bit more length would be even better but otherwise these are basically perfect.

I particularly like these because of the cushioning. However, I would caution that for someone with a wide foot, they likely won't be suitable. I bought these for my husband, a triple E width, but he couldn't get his feet into them; however, it worked out well for me because I'm now enjoying these excellent socks!

I ordered a second set of these as I was so impressed the first time. Not too bulky but padded and cozy in my winter boots. Still find my toes get cold if not moving around but a lot warmer than other socks. They wash well and don’t slip down in your boots.

They do keep your feet warm. I can’t wear the “wool” ones without the liners as they make my feet itchy but the merino wool ones are my go to in cold temperatures. If standing around my feet still get cold but I find these socks particularly handy in my rubber boots on a rainy day as they keep my feet warm and dry.

I’ve been looking for a pair of good, cotton women’s socks in grey. It’s really hard to find — but These are it! Not too thin, no extra padding, not “fuzzy”, don’t leave fuzz or threads behind, and they have a perfect stretch. These are organic cotton, so when you first touch them they do not feel as traditionally soft as other socks, but don’t be put off. Try them on. They’re amazing. I think they’ll last a long time too. The best warm socks EVER for staying up! I have extreme sensitivity to loose socks and these are perfect. The only thing that doesn’t work for me is the size of the foot with the heel ending up well above my actual heel so I suspect they will wear out quickly. I couldn’t see a smaller size but if there is please let me know!

Have an old pair similar to these wool boot sox - and finally found these Great Sox! -and they are SO comfortable! Not tight, and it's practically the only socks that don't have that tight band at the top! But they stay up fine! Love these! Only wish is to have the heather gray a little darker (like my old ones). If the description didn’t say “slightly imperfect”, you wouldn’t even know. I can’t see anything wrong with them! They are nice and thin, which is great for a liner sock, though I find they don’t stay up as well as I would like. Overall though, they do what they need to do to help keep my toes warm and dry.

Great sox. I'm no longer a 'spring chicken' and some sox irritate my feet. These sox are soft and comfortable; very easy on the feet. With the wool content they are a bit warm in the summer, but I still wear them, and great in the fall, spring and winter.
