When I bought the National Parks, National Monuments and Historical Parks books earlier this year, one complaint I had was that the military parks were omitted. That was a major oversight in my opinion. Well, they must have heard me as they have corrected that mistake. I will look forward to using this book, along with the others. I just wish they had had this earlier when I first ordered. I could have saved some shipping costs.

I Was disappointed by the Journal and the Ball Parks Travel Guide. The Baseball Journal asks you to fill out things I would never want to remember. And, the obvious thing, a scorecard for your official scoring is not included. This was going to be a guide but I will reconsider now. In the Ballparks Guide, I would have liked to have seen concourse maps. Getting there? And, nearby attractions? I do not think a baseball fan had anything to do with the Guide's design.

I bought this as a gift and I think he will really like it! However, within a few minutes of paging through the journal I noticed 2 typos. The first is on the front cover... Recreation is spelled Recreatiion. Another...Vilas is spelled Villas. Since this was just a cursory glance, I'm sure there are more. For the price of the journal, I expected it to be spell checked. Overall, it's a nice journal.
