The handrail and extension was just the right thing for a rental property investment. The configuration of the steps I installed these on, didn’t require a handrail by code. But it’s good piece of mind. That said I didn’t want the expense of a custom install when it’s not even required, so this was the perfect solution. Thank you.

We had an issue with our railings upon building inspection and things needed to be done differently, we called and the customer service that was given to us was terrific. The customer service went up & above helping us, shipping out additional pieces so our railings could pass inspection. Would highly recommend this product snd company to do business with again. Thank you for the GREAT customer service. It's hard to find these days.

Excellent, can’t say enough about the effort to replace the square handrail with the oval one. It fit perfectly and now we have 2 “identical handrails” on our new steps leading to the patio. I might add that the product is indeed very sturdy and provides the confidence for anyone going up and down for the 3-4 steps. Highly recommended! Rick Dummitt

Ordered a handrail kit from Amazon. The kit was missing some of the hardware. Contacted CR handrail and explained what was missing and they sent me everything I needed without hesitation. The handrail seems to be holding up very well since installation 1 month ago.

When I recieved it the box end was open and the brackets and bottom covers were not with everything. I contacted support and within 2 to 3 days I had the parts sent. It not only is very sturdy but looks very nice also! This is on the steps going to my basement and we are elderly people! Thank you for a great product! Easy to install also!

The unit purchazsed was selected after consideration of our particular needs (The CR Handrail for stairs with one or two steps). The unit installed flawlessly, is quite stable and rigid, a great aid to some folks with age related mobility problems. The kit was complete and had well written instructions for instalation along with all the stuff neded for installation regardless of how it was to be attached.

Excellent Needed something to exit the house for an elderly person I got several high quotes for this and then I found this one online. So, I thought, wowowowowo It worked great.Just like it looked like it would So Happy I saved alot of money and It look good. I had a perfect spot. I am not there, but next time a photos

Was missing 1 part of original shipment and after texting them they immediately sent out replacement kit that included what I was missing plus more, all for no charge. Very good service, would not hesitate to order from them again. (For the price the railing was great)

Best customer service I’ve had in many, many years. Purchased the posts and wanted the post covers but they were out of stock. Sent an email to see if they could tell when they expected stock. The customer service rep answered back that they would keep an eye out and let me know. 2-weeks later they emailed me and said they had shipped them out to me. I didn’t have to do anything. They took care of it. Can’t say enough positive things about the service.

Thank you for all your help! As soon as the missing brackets arrived we were able to install handrail! It was much needed! Handrail looks so nice and is sturdy. Comes with everything you might need . Great customerservice!! I got a wrong part, contacted them , they replied very quick and sent me the right part. Absolutely will use them again!!

We ordered a kit and there was one part that was an older style and didn’t fit the railing. A quick text to the company and we had the correct part in no time flat!! Great customer service!!!!!!!

My handrail arrived quickly after placing my order. It is a well constructed piece. Unfortunately when assembling the handrail I was missing one small screw. I contacted the CR parts line and explained the problem. CR promptly shipped a bag containing the missing screw. Thanks for the quality product and great customer service.

I needed more lag bolt and they sent them to me no charge. Not only that, I had them in three days. The railing instructions were easy to follow and included everything I needed to install it. Great product, great company.

CR handled every issue I incurred on total installation. When I contacted them they were prompt on the response and went out of their way to make everything correct. I would definitely recommend them

CR Handrail is an easy to install and beautiful, sturdy aluminum handrail. Their customer service is outstanding. I had an old style oval handrail and CR sent a new style rectangle handrail, at no cost, so I could have a consistent front porch make over. I used they’re products to replace wood handrails.

I already had a 1-2 step handrail, added a 4 foot straight rail to porch. New 4' rail had the new rectangle top rail and older 1-2 step had the oval top rail. Customer service was great, sent me a new rectangle top rail for 1-2 step railing to match.. Railings are great.
