I’m five days into my detox and I am it for sure. I have eliminated a tremendous amount of toxins thus far. There are several notable differences in how I feel. There is no more bloating as well as no more joint pain that I have had for some time… it’s literally gone, no pain at all! Amazing! Lastly, my sugar cravings are almost gone… I normally seek something sweet but now that has dwindle as well. I look forward to completing the detox and see what other improvements I might gain.

My experience with the detox was a little bit scary for me because this is the first time I did a detox but I had been eating correctly before my veggies and my fruit and drinking my water so I had a little nausea a little headache maybe the first couple of days but then after that, it was nasty.
