I did the 14 day detox. The taste of the Parasite Candida Cleanse was bitter & it took a few hours to finish it. Around day 4 I got use to it. The detox cleaned my system so I would suggest doing the detox when you have quick access to a bathroom. I lost 5 -7 lbs, had enough energy to workout while on the detox, and my sleeping improved. Other than the bad taste, I recommend this detox for the positive effects I experienced. I will do it again in 3-6 months.
