I do recommend this regime. The parasite cleanse (PC) has a strong taste of clove, but after 3 days it won’t bother you. I struggled with taking sips every 15 minutes. Let me start by saying this detox is all that it said it would be. I was able to lose 8lbs (197lbs down to 189lbs) in the 14 days. I have to agree with most reviews when it comes to the taste.
