I started 10/27 but my energy level has risen. I haven’t weighed my self but clothes are starting to fit better and the bloating is gone. One of the teas is absolutely disgusting I taste but gradually gets manageable (oranges have become my new best friend while drinking it). If you’re not used to eating on the healthier side then it’ll be a struggle for a while with cravings and headaches. But it gets better and honestly I feel so much better consuming healthier foods.

This has been an amazing journey. After the first 2 days, I felt lighter and had so much more energy than I usually do. I especially loved that the teas were gentle. I felt some tommy discomfort in my first week, however it was tolerable. The Tommy tea is definitely easier to swallow.
