I'm on my second week of a 14 day detox. I originally bought this product to get rid of parasites and clense my gut, but my blood pressure is high. To my surprise within a few days of detoxing I noticed my bhp lowered and stabilized. When you find something that works, you should stick with it. I found the detox very beneficial for helping with my sugar addiction and clarity of thoughts. At first, for the first 4 days I had little energy but after this my energy levels normalised, I never knew how powerful parasites were until I got rid of some, I will do the cleanse every 3 months as suggested.
