I am day 5 into this detox and it's working pretty good. I have noticed my stomach is going down, my clothes are fitting better along with excise. Around the second day my tongue adjusted to the bitterness and my cravings have decreased tremendously!

I purchased the 28 day detox and I’m about 10 days in. I felt a difference in my energy about day 2 and notice a decrease in inches from my mid section around day 8. Even though I am from the Bahamas and have taken herbal medicine (bitters) while growing-up, I was not prepared for extreme bitterness of the detox herbs. It took me a day to get through a complete 32 oz bottle, and another day for #2. I did experience some diarrhea the first day but not the second day. This is day three and I’m still working through the detox. My biggest challenge is drinking 64 ounces of bitter liquid in a day.

It brought back memories for me when i had to take herbal concortions when i was a child(I had a sweet tooth then, i still do now) Lol.
