I did Dr. Bobby’s 28 Day Detox in January and I am down 18 pounds, and have maintained the weight loss through some very emotional, life changing events the first three months of the year. My goal is to lose another 32 pounds to get off blood pressure pills and eliminate joint pain. I had to wear a belt with this jumpsuit because it’s too big since the weight loss. I’m looking forward to the 30 Day Group Detox in May.

I completed my 14 day detox on March 19, 2023. During the month of February, I ate no meat so it was fairly easy to transition to WFPB during this 14 day journey. I usually finished both detox liquids in the early afternoon, only eating after finishing both. I had a green smoothie and a big salad everyday in addition to fruit and nuts. Omg!!!! This tea WORKS! Now the tea is disrespectful as far as the taste lol, but my tastebuds did adjust after day 5. I recommend it to everyone. I feel great my mom and I did the 14 days and I feel fantastic. I feel like a new person, lighter clear headed and I sleep very well at night. My mother and I on day 25 out of 28. My mother has lost ten pounds. I had two more bowel movements ,a day than usual. My eyes are whiter my inflammation is clearing. I’ve eliminated Fried food in June. Which help clear inflammation. The detox help clearing up what’s left. I carried some fat at the bottom of my stomach. Now my stomach is completely flat. I committed to the 28 day first thing... I'm 14 days in and im use to the taste... I do have issues with gas from eating strictly fruit and veggies... But for the most part I find that the overall effect is pleasing... I take care to be regular but on this detox once I eat I need the restroom. It can be a challenge as far as work goes but hey... It's normal body functions just make sure you are considerate of other people lol. I have 14 more days to go so once that's done I'll write again.
